Frances Hesselbein will accept the Tempo International Leadership award in New York City on April 12, 2008. The award will honor Mrs. Hesselbein’s exemplary service to the social sector both domestically and abroad. She shares the ranks with past honorees such as Helen Thomas, Elizabeth Dole and Madeline Albright.

The awards reception will be held on the final day of the 2008 TEMPO International Conference at the New York Marriott Financial Center Hotel, 85 West Street, from 5:00pm to 6:30pm.
