Self-Assessment

Peter Drucker’s The Five Most Important Questions You Will Ever Ask About Your Organization

The self-assessment process is a method for assessing what you are doing, why you are doing it, and what you must do to improve an organization’s performance. It asks the five essential questions: What is our mission? Who is our customer? What do the customer value? What are our results? and What is our plan? Self-assessment leads to action and lacks meaning without it.

The Five Most Important Questions Workshop

The Five Most Important Questions one-day training workshop combines strategic planning and performance evaluation with a focus on results. Audiences are comprised of organizational leaders (i.e. Board Chairmen and Executive Directors) from social sector organizations.

The Five Most Important Questions workshop is led by certified facilitators who are a part of Leader to Leader Institute’s Facilitator Network and are trained in the utilization of The Five Most Important Questions Self-Assessment Tool as well as familiar with Drucker’s own Best Practices.

Certified Facilitators help board and management teams create organizations that are geared towards future-learning performance; help customers anticipate change; and align organizational competencies and commitment with opportunities. Certified Facilitators are fluent in helping organizations appraise performance and set direction.

The exclusive, one-day training workshop introduces participants to the newly revised, The Five Most Important Questions Self-Assessment Tool Participant Workbook, Third Edition and the Facilitator’s Guide. On completion of the workshop, leaders will have the knowledge to facilitate and personalize Peter Drucker’s tool with their organization.
